Judo methodology hasn´t changed much since 1882 when the Master Jigoro Kano coded, with sports criteria, the Japanese martial art of Jiu Jitsu. Actually it´s necessary to approach the practitioners, especially younger ones using new methodological resources, more in tune with modern times.

Bernardo Romay use this method for years in his club, JUDO CLUB CORUÑA, and in many schools he teaches this discipline with excellent results. The method has been successfully launched in galas and meetings of Judo teachers from different national and international federations.
